Cream Tea e Afternoon Tea: two quintessentially English traditions to enjoy tea

Britain and tea are like two peas in a pod, aren't they? After all, when people across the world think of a quintessential British tradition, afternoon tea is one that immediately springs to mind.

The English countryside is full of cosy tea rooms with a charmingly traditional feel to them where time seems to have stopped and you really expect to see Miss Marple enter at any moment.

I love spending time in these places and enjoying a traditional cream tea or a slice of homemade cake. It's a wonderful way to experience the true spirit of England!

But with so many different types of tea to choose from - cream teas, afternoon teas, black teas, green teas and white teas - it's easy to get confused.

In this video, I'll take you to two lovely tea rooms in the English countryside and tell you everything there is to know about the English tea traditions, including how to prepare tea in perfect British style.

The video is in Italian with English subtitles.
